Sales Support

FKA requires an energetic individual with sales and marketing skills along with strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office. We are interested in a unique resource with dedication, reliability and keen attention to detail to be responsible for the following key areas:

1. Sales Support

  • Enter new client information into database/maintain database (salesforce and LMS)
  • Assist in preparing, editing and formatting sales proposals, quotes and contracts
  • Respond to RFP’s including data collection
  • Lead generator/ research
  • Update case studies/references
  • Assist in preparing sales and conference presentations
  • Assist marketing with social media and blogs
  • All administrative duties associates with onsite programs such as checklists, pre-course surveys (generating and sending to client) and logistics associated with onsite programs
  • General admin such as filing, word processing, data maintenance and record keeping.

2. Workshop Coordinator

a. Facilities – Public Workshops

  • Locate a training facility for each public workshop
  • Negotiate a contract and confirm availability of facility for each workshop
  • Set-up and maintain workshops that run at FKA HQ including purchasing of food/beverages

b. Pre-workshop

  • Enter all participant information into database
  • Confirm class list with sales prior to production run
  • Generate class lists and distribute
  • Send pre-workshop packages to participants
  • Send instructor packages to facilitators: class list, feedback forms
  • Confirm pre-workshop surveys have been completed by participants

c. During Workshop

  • Confirm actual attendance against class list
  • Update database with any changes
  • Generate certificates and distribute to participants

d. Post Workshop

  • Prepare evaluation summary sheets and scan with evaluations – send to sales
  • Update database with information from evaluations

3. Public Workshop Sales

  • Provide sales and customer service for all training products and services
  • Execute outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Provided timely information to ensure all programs conducted are profitable
  • Initiate and capitalize on opportunities for networking and business development
  • Develop sales strategies with team to ensure growth and market sector dominance
  • Record and maintain all sales activity in Salesforce
  • Create public workshop schedule and input into Salesforce and LMS
