Web-Based Training (WBT)
A broad instructional strategy that uses the Internet to distribute training materials, facilitate communication between learners, and/or support real-time training activities. The terms e-learning and online learning are more commonly used now.
Webcast
The delivery of live or delayed sound or video broadcasts using Web technologies. The sound or video is captured by conventional video or audio systems and is then digitized and streamed on a Web server. In contrast to a Webinar, transmission of information moves in one direction only.
Webinar
A lesson which is conducted over the Internet. In contrast to a Webcast, a Webinar is designed to be interactive between the presenter and learners.

Any processes, systems, structures or conditions in the workplace that impact favorably or unfavorably on performance. They are often items, which need to be reviewed and changed to enable performance objectives to be met.
