  • Virtual classroom
  • On-the-job training
  • Video teleconferencing
  • Self-directed e-learning
  • Mobile learning
  • Stand-alone job aids (paper-based and online)
  • Coaching

Courseware development of:

  • Participant manuals, instructor guides, handouts
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Videos
  • Learning games
  • End-of-program quizzes (paper-based and online)
  • Self-directed e-learning programs for desktops and mobile devices
  • Stand-alone job aids (paper-based and online)


  • Creation of Level 1 (Reaction) evaluations
  • Creation of Level 2 (Learning) evaluations
  • Creation of Level 3 (Performance) evaluations
  • Analysis of evaluation data

Other skills:

  • Curating learning and performance content
  • Hosting virtual learning sessions
  • Producing virtual learning sessions
  • Incorporating social media
  • Administering a LMS

Other areas of expertise:
