FKA Certification

FKA offers six Professional Development Certification tracks: Professional Designer, Professional e-Designer, Professional Instructor, Professional
e-Instructor, Master Learning Professional and Master Learning Executive. Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

FKA’s Instructional Techniques workshop is approved by Microsoft for the “delivery skills” component of the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program. MCTs are the recognized technical and instructional experts in Microsoft products, technologies, and solutions; they are the only individuals authorized to deliver Microsoft Learning or Microsoft Dynamics courses.

 

CompTIA CTT+ Classroom Trainer and Virtual Trainer Certification

FKA is a CompTIA Authorized Partner. FKA’s CTT+ workshops and award winning Exam Simulator have been CompTIA approved to prepare individuals for the CTT+ knowledge and performance-based exams. CompTIA CTT+ is an international vendor-neutral certification that covers core instructor skills, including: preparation, presentation, communication, facilitation and evaluation in both the physical and virtual classrooms. Many high-performance learning organizations like Canon, Microsoft, Siemens and Verizon Wireless recommend that their trainers be CompTIA CTT+ certified and partner with FKA to successfully prepare them.
