The Challenge

The company wanted a way to empower their global workforce with the skills and knowledge it needed to turn change to an advantage. They identified a requirement to re-purpose their software configuration management (SCM) leader-led training to a web-based format, and to design and develop additional web-based training to support the software.

The Solution

FKA Consulting and a technology alliance partner designed an instructional approach to the self-directed online web-based learning. Once the project direction, scope and specifications were approved, the courseware design and development was completed. Five interactive e-Learning training courses were developed – representing approximately 4 days of training.

The Results

The project provided their client with the ability to have information and training available to employees worldwide on a just-in-time and as-needed basis.
