The Challenge

A.T. Kearney gathered 40 senior consultants from their European offices for a Faculty Development Conference in Rome, Italy. The focus of the conference was to develop the presentation and facilitation skills of this group whose duties include client communication and the internal delivery of Management Training Courses. Additionally, AT Kearney wanted a team-building theme to be incorporated within the conference in order to express the corporation’s appreciation to the team members.

The Solution

Working collaboratively with senior AT Kearney personnel, FKA designed, developed and facilitated a 1.5-day custom Presentation/Facilitation Skills Workshop for the Rome Conference.

The Results

The programs where extremely well received. Individual Level 1 assessments were very positive. The client, A.T. Kearney concluded that the goals of the intervention had been successfully met.
