The Challenge

Lafarge’s goal is to implement a corporate Production Operator Development and Certification Program. There are numerous plants in North America and international locations; as a result consistency and standards are considered key components to the success of the project. Lafarge has identified certification as a requirement for Control Room Operators, Field Operators, Lab Operators, as well as supervisor/managers.
