Senior Level Facilitator / Delivery Professional

To support our bilingual training initiatives, FKA is seeking Senior Level Facilitators/Delivery Professionals to provide, on a contractual/project basis, courseware/program facilitation and delivery services for senior level managers and executives. Successful candidates will have proven experience facilitating/delivering distinct training courseware/programs in a business or corporate context. These courseware/programs will reflect different subject areas delivered to a range of senior level management target audiences. Proven experience working with the federal government, particularly with senior level management target audiences, is definitely an asset.

Qualifications

Requirements for successful candidates include a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of adult learning as they apply to the facilitation/delivery of training courseware/programs in a range of organizational cultures.

• Accreditation in Facilitation/Delivery from a licensed source, or its equivalent.
• A minimum of thirty (30) months practical experience during the past five (5) years facilitating/delivering training programs to senior level management target audiences.
• Excellent facilitation/delivery skills.
• Experience facilitating/delivering training courseware/programs for the federal government, particularly to senior level management target audiences (optional).
