OVERVIEW

You are a competent instructor with strong skills, and now you’re looking for more!  Take your technique to the next level of facilitation.  Develop your awareness and skills in managing the learning environment and facilitating learner-centered activities.  Polish your questioning techniques, building on your current experience with interactive presentation. Gain insight into group dynamics and identify your preferred instructional style. Get plenty of hands-on practice facilitating a session on a training-related topic and increase the knowledge of the group on the particular topic.

 

Who should attend:

  • Instructors who wish to improve their performance in the facilitative aspects of training and have completed FKA’s Instructional Techniques workshop, or equivalent training, in interactive, learner-centered instruction, followed by at least 6 months experience in leader-led instruction.
  • Former instructors with the experience described above who are returning to training delivery.
