Information We Collect
When you connect with or contact FKA by phone, email, on the web, fax or at a tradeshow, conference or event we will endeavor to collect information which may include, but is not limited to, the following: name, company, title, address, phone, email and fax. In addition we may collect product need or preference data, and information related to the structure and needs of your organization. We use this information internally to tailor products, services and offerings to meet your needs.
Product, Service and Promotional Offers
Periodically we may send promotional offers, new product offerings, or service news to our clients and contacts. These are intended to keep you informed of the products and services that you have indicated may be of interest to you. Occasionally you may receive a product offering from a vendor of compatible products. This will be orchestrated through FKA or a bonded service.
Distribution of Your Information
Contact information is kept within FKA. All FKA product mailings are handled by our secure bonded mailing house. Periodically we will exchange our contact list with conference producers, training associations, or complementary product vendors. The contact information is provided only to their bonded mailing house, and never becomes the property of the vendor. We place strict requirements and controls on the use of FKA client information by complementary product vendors.
To access some areas of the FKA website we may require that a cookie (a tiny text file) be placed on your computer system to allow you future access to exclusive areas of the FKA website. These cookies will in no way harm or interfere with normal computer operations. They are used as a simple convenience to allow the FKA website to remember you when you return and retain any site settings you have made. You may accept or decline cookies. Declining cookies may not allow full access to some of the interactive portions of the FKA website.
